Katreece Montgomery

Hello!

 

I'm Katreece (aka Lady Gray), thank you for visiting my illustration portfolio, I'm based in beautiful Santa Barbara California, and have been working in the design industry for over 20 years.

 

In 2019 I turned my focus towards illustration,  fusing together whimsical and colorful hand drawn doodles with a dash of fancy lettering, mostly inspired by nature and culinary adventures .

I also work in a memory care facility, where I try to inspire creativity with our wonderful residents whenever I can. Working in this environment brings me so much joy!

Some recent accomplishments include:
-Illustrating a 180 page cookbook benefiting the Alzheimer's Association (2019)

-Winning the Santa Barbara Summer Solstice poster art contest (2020)
-Winning the Provincetown Carnival poster contest (2021)

-Becoming an Artist in Residence for the Santa Barbara Summer Solstice Art Festival (2022)
